ABOUT From 1999 the National Space Agency Of Ukraine ( NSAU ) jointly with the Brazilian Space Agency ( BSA ) conduct the measures on preparation to implement the joint project on development of the Cyclone-4 Space-Rocket Complex on the Brazilian near-equator launch Alcantara center. The Cyclone-4 Space-Rocket Complex is under development and building on the Cyclone-3 LV base – the best Ukrainian launch vehicle, one of the most reliable launch vehicles in the world. The Project is intended to provide the launching services to launch the spacecraft for interests of national space programs of Ukraine and Federative Republic Of Brasilia , as well as to the third parties on the commercial basis. |
