Dr. Doebbler is currently Professor of Law at An-Najah National University in Nablus , Palestine . He is also a lawyer qualified to practice before the courts of the District Of Columbia in Washington, DC , USA. His latest books are ''International Human Rights Law: Cases and Materials'' (2004); ''ИЗУЧЕНИЕ МЕЖДУНАРОДНОГО ПРАВА ПРАВ ЧЕЛОВЕКА'' (2004); ''An Introduction to International Humanitarian Law'' (2006); and ''An Introduction to International Human Rights Law'' (2006) all available at www.lulu.com/cdpublishing. Doebbler is also one of the team of approximately six international attorneys assisting in the representation of the former President Of Iraq Saddam Hussein .
