Twin Cities area. The college was formerly known as St. Paul
Bible College .
The college was founded as the St. Paul Bible Institute in
1916 by the
Christian And Missionary Alliance , a small
Protestant Denomination . It was renamed St. Paul Bible College in the 1950s. The curriculum was expanded and the institution was renamed Crown College in 1992.
Crown College offers undergraduate degree programs in Biblical studies, Business Administration, Education, Biology, History, English, Music, and numerous other fields. It also offers four M.A. programs both on campus and online.
The school's sports teams are called the Storm. The teams participate in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (NCAA Div. III).
The college is a member of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities. It is regionally .
