The chain's signature burger is the "Crown Burger," a Cheeseburger which, in addition to the char-broiled patty, is piled high with hot pastrami. Locals call this burger a "lube job" because of its extremely high Grease content. Incidentally, in 2004 , Carl's Jr. released a burger very similar to Crown's signature burger called the "Pastrami Burger." Crown offers other fast food fare as well, such as beef Burrito s, hot pastrami sandwiches, steak Sandwich es, Gyro s, fishburgers, Fries , Onion Ring , and other burgers.
