Cricket is a nice and modest girl with an amazing talent: she is able to smell Money - or monetary values - and determine its exact value/amount. This comes in useful if she runs across hidden riches or culprits trying to steal something valuable; in the latter case this often earns her a rich reward. But despite this trait, she never gets or acts conceited, and her friends - most particularly Archie Andrews , Betty Cooper and Veronica Lodge - swear by her ability. Cricket shares some physical resemblance with Archie, namely Red Hair and Freckles . It seems that they may be actually cousins, but it has so far been not made clear. She recently appeared in Veronica #169 when Veronica made a perfume that had a unique smell and symbolized who she was, but no one knew what was in it until Cricket appeared, which meant the perume's secret ingredient was money. |
