CPR was formed in 2004 by Thom Hazaert and Eric Nielsen, also co-founders of Loudside.com and Total Assault Street Teams. Their previous work with artists including Chimaira , Depswa, Switched, Korn, Limp Bizkit , Staind , The Used, Cold, Glassjaw , My Chemical Romance, (hed)pe, Nine Inch Nails , and more, helped lay the foundation of the label, which would eventually become a home to members of many of these bands. Corporate Punishment is distributed by the Navarre Corporation in the United States, also home to DRT Records, Suburban Noize, Rhymesayers, and many other prominent indies, and UNIVERSAL MUSIC in Canada. |
