The company's original name was Corporate Child Care; the Corporate Family Solutions name was implemented in 1996 after the firm Merged with Resources for Child Care Management, a New Jersey -based company with much the same goals and purposes. The company subsequently merged with Massachusetts -based Bright Horizons to form '''Bright Horizons Family Solutions''', one of the largest publicly-held child-care corporations in the world. |
