Its facility its located on Flatlands Avenue east of Crescent Street in the Spring Creek neighborhood of Brooklyn , New York . The routes operated by Command Bus Company were taken over by the City of New York and turned over to the ''' MTA Bus Company ''' for operation on December 5 , 2005 ; the depot has been renamed the ''' Spring Creek Bus Depot '''.
