Grogg is an extremely Paranoid and Overzealous Army Colonel who believed that Aliens were invading the Earth , thanks to a Hoax perpetuated by Baloo and Kit Cloudkicker . Grogg took action to thwart what he honestly thought was the oncoming horde, but with help from Wildcat (posing as a Rocket Scientist named Dr. Svendri Gesundheit ) and Rebecca Cunningham , Baloo and Kit were able to make General Tumult (the Colonel's Uncle ) believe that Grogg had gone Insane , getting him demoted to the rank of Private . |
