College Green is a small public triangle of grass in Westminster , London , located off Millbank , split off from the private Abbey -owned College Garden by a large wall. The name refers to the collegiate body of Westminster Abbey, and not to nearby Westminster School . The green faces the Houses Of Parliament , and so it is common for MPs to be interviewed for Television from there. The green boasts a sculpture by Henry Moore called ''Knife Edge Two Piece''.
