Early days


Born January 26th in St. Leonards-on-Sea , Sussex , UK , he started his career in the media in 1984 as TV presenter for Videomusic, the first musical TV channel in Europe.
Then he created and organized festivals:
  • "Erotica", from 1992 to 1994 in Bologna , the first European show about eroticism with the nearly total exclusion of pornography

  • "Ecologica", from 1995 to 1997 in Florence , Bologna and Rome .



TV and Radio


From 1997 he went back to his roots in television and radio, writing sketches for "Le Iene", a daily program on Italia 1 , an Italian TV channel.
From 1997 to 1999 he worked on the "Brit Awards" and other programs on TVL, broadcast on Stream, an Italian cable TV platform.
From October 1998 to June 2000 he broadcast "Wordaday" on the Italian Radio Deejay , a daily micro-program about the English Language . Since 2000, Clive has worked for Radio Monte Carlo , where he broadcasts "Monte Carlo Nights" and then his micro-program about English language, "Speakeasy".
