''Christina Milian'' is the debut and self-titled album of singer-actress Christina Milian . It was released in 2001 , but only outside the U.S. . Plans to release the album domestically were scrapped, due to the Terrorist Attacks on September 11 , 2001 . The album includes the chart-topping first single "AM to PM", which entered charts across the world and was a huge success. In this album, Christina collaborates with some The Inc stars like Ja Rule and Charli Baltimore . "When You Look At Me" was the album's second single, and became a major hit in several European countries, including France, Germany, Sweden and the UK (where it peaked at number three). The album went Platinum in the UK.
