Due to the contract with Universal at the time, Don Mancini was forced to produce the movie exactly 9 months after the second film. This film is most generally the least favorite of all the fans of the franchise, and even Mancini claims he felt he "ran out of ideas after the 2nd film". Tagline: ''There comes a time to put away childhood things. But some things won't stay put!'' PLOT SUMMARY Chucky, after being brought back to life thanks to the Good Guys Doll Company (eight years after the events of '' Child's Play 2 ''), discovers that Andy ( Justin Whalin ) has been enrolled in a Military School . Chucky has himself mailed to Andy. At the school, Chucky finds a little boy named Tyler ( Jeremy Sylvers ) who he decides will be the victim when Chucky transfers his soul into a new body.
