Cheapcycle is a free online service to sell items in your local community without having to ship them. Cheapcycle groups began to appear on Yahoo! Groups approximately 2004 . There are many Cheapcyles goups in communities all over the United States and Canada , with the goal of keeping the network local. Since Cheapcycle is not an official organization, Owner/Moderators rely on each other to create some uniformity amongst the groups.
