Chater House

It was built on the site of the former ''Swire House'', which was redeveloped by Hongkong Land when the main tenant, Cathay Pacific , moved to the new Hong Kong Airport when the airport moved to its new site off Lantau island. It is named after Sir Paul Chater , partly because the buildings are between Chater Road and Connaught Road Central .
