Chateau Decru-beaucaillou

The 1970 vintage was selected for the Ottawa Wine Tasting Of 1981 , in which it competed against 12 other wines. In the Blind Tasting Of Wine s, the expert judges awarded Chateau Decru-Beaucallou the rank of six. The first five places were won by wines from four California wineries ( Sterling Vineyards , Beaulieu Vineyard , Heitz Wine Cellars , and Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars ). Beaulieu wines won two separate ranks.
