CODE DATA HISTORY The airline was established on 26 July 1996 and started operations on 30 April 1997 as Fischer Air. It was founded by Vaclav Fischer, owner of the Czech tour operator, Fischer. In 2005 it was rebranded to Charter Air to avoid confusion with its new Polish charter subsidiary, Fischer Air Polska . This followed the departure of the airline founder Vaclav Fischer. SERVICES Charter Air flies to many holiday destinations in the Mediterranean and North Africa , including Sharm El-Sheikh . It also operates a scheduled service to Malta .
