Cleverley-Bisman is the daughter of Pam Cleverley and Perry Bisman. She developed Meningococcal septicaemia aged six months, which led to her having all four limbs Amputated . Charlotte Cleverley-Bisman was not expected to survive. She had her Legs and Arm s partially amputated. This measure was needed to save her life; but her young age at the time of the surgery was of much worry to her doctors. Nevertheless, Cleverley-Bisman was able to recuperate. She was operated at Starship Child ren's Hospital . In August of 2004 , she was measured for artificial limbs, which she is expected to be fitted with shortly after.
