Channel Frederator was launched November 1, 2005, as the world's first cartoon video Podcast network. It was created by Fred Seibert 's Frederator Studios, one of the world's leading independent animation producers, responsible for shows like Nickelodeon 's The Fairly OddParents and Oh Yeah! Cartoons , and Cartoon Network 's What-A-Cartoon! , Dexter's Laboratory , and The Powerpuff Girls .
