Chief Justice Chan was among the inaugural group of students to graduate from the Law Faculty of the University Of Malaya in 1961. After being admitted to the Bar, he practiced for a number of years before being appointed the first Judicial Commissioner of Singapore in 1986. 2 years later, he became a Judge of the Supreme Court Of Singapore and in 1992, he was appointed Attorney-General of Singapore. |
