Centerville High School is a school of 2800 students and 100-plus faculty members in Centerville, Montgomery County, Ohio , situated south of Dayton, OH . The school was built in 1973. As of 2005 the head principal is Mrs. Eileen Booher The school is divided into four units: East Unit, West Unit, Central Unit, and South Unit and has two stories.
ATHLETICS
MUSIC PROGRAMS Centerville High School is also home to a very successful music program. Although the most well known aspect of this is the marching band, the Centerville Jazz Band, Centerville also has a high quality string orchestra, choral program, and concert band program. Many of the music organizations have been competitively ranked at the regional and national level. The Centerville Jazz Band has competed in none of the Bands Of America regional and national competitions since 1990, winning the Grand National competition in 1992. Centerville High School also has two distinguished choirs known as Glee Club and Elktonians.
