Burley Griffin Way is a New South Wales state route - designated as '''State Route 94'''. Named after the American architect, Walter Burley Griffin , designer of Canberra and Griffith . This highway links both of these cities (via Yass and Barton Highway ).

It provides a major link between Griffith and Yass . The road then joins the Hume Highway , which leads to Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne. Economically it provided access to the western Riverina and Murrumbidgee region's agricultural produce to markets like Sydney. The area it passes is one of the richest agricultural are in Australia. Hence, the truck traffic is significant.
