The first Bulgarian Supercup match was held in 1989 . An interruption of 14 years followed, until the competition was renewed for the 2003/2004 season. In case the champion of Bulgaria has also won the Cup, then the Bulgarian Cup finalist and the champion compete in the match. WINNERS
