Bredene is a Municipality located in the Belgian province of West Flanders . The municipality only comprises the town of Bredene proper. On January 1 2005 Bredene had a total population of 14,982. The total area is 13.08 Km² which gives a Population Density of 1145.49 inhabitants per km². There is a Nude Beach (the only one in Belgium) near Tram Stop "Bredene Renbaan (Hippodroom)".
