Big Ben ("The Man With No Time For Crime!") was presented as a failed result of the same project that produced Marvelman. He had great strength, durability and could fly, but was prone to constant Hallucinations , mainly based on the Avengers TV show. He even dressed like John Steed , in a bowler hat and black jumpsuit, and carried an Umbrella at all times. In his own comic seies, he is revealed to be an alien Shapeshifter , but because of his perpetual hallucinatory state it is unclear how reliable this revelation is. |
