Beerlao is a Lao Lager produced by the Lao Brewery Company of Vientiane . Its Lager has 5 % alcohol by volume. Hop s and Yeast are imported from Germany , and Malt from France . Available in 330 ml and 640 ml bottles, Beerlao is now sold in almost all western-style restaurants in populated areas of Laos and Cambodia . (A 640 ml bottle costs about 8000 Kip in a restaurant as of 2005.) Canned beer is sold in sizes of 330 ml. Beer Lao is now also exported to the United Kingdom , United States , Australia , New Zealand , Japan , Vietnam and France . EXTERNAL LINKS
