Beer Hunter is a humorous drinking game that is derived from the Russian Roulette scene featured in the movie Deer Hunter . One of the cans in a six-pack of Beer is shaken violently so that it will produce an eruption of beer when opened. The can is mixed in with the others. Players wrap tee shirts around their heads and sit around the table. A MAU guy stands around waving a can of beer violently, shouting MAU, and slapping contestants occasionally. One-by-one each can is spun in the center of the table, and whichever player the beer points to must open it facing his ear. Other player simulate crying and shouting "Mikey, now they're gonna kill you!" Advanced players will use a "rat cage" which is a bathtub filled with warm water, beer and sometimes urine, into which a player who chickens out and ducks under an exploding beer is tossed. During the game all of the beer is consumed according to constantly changing rules, and the level of drunkenness of the players. This game was featured in a Skit on the Bob & Doug McKenzie show.
