RULES This modification applies to any game of billiards (assuming, of course, that the game does not in and of itself require two hands, and that each player has two hands), though the rules have been most thoroughly tested in 8-ball. "Beer-In-Hand" is not itself a game of billiards, but a method of playing, invented and popularized in Seattle, Washington , USA . Each player must shoot using only one hand, while the other holds a beer. Additional rules are as follows:
