Plans called for 14 movie theater screens, a new department store, and several big box tenants. The owners received approval for the project, however it was scaled back to only a couple big box stores. A former hotel site which Pyramid purchased for room for parking has fallen into disrepair and the town has been on Pyramid’s case about the hotel property’s future. EXTERNAL LINKS |
