The ALPCA is the '''Automobile License Plate Collectors Association''', the largest such organization in the United States . It has spread across the world, (with the bulk of the members being in the United States or Canada , with Germany in third place). There are currently almost 10,000 registered member numbers, although many of the lower (and therefore, earlier, numbers) numbered users are now deceased.
