''Asian Boston'' is a Magazine published by Leo Anthony Ballou. The first issue hit the stand in February 2006 . CONTROVERSY Upon publication of its first issue, the magazine fell under sharp criticism by leaders of the Asian American Community. Filled with pictures of scantly female asian models, the magazine was accused of propagating the hyper-sexualized image of asian females while ignoring any issues that are relevant to the Asian American Community.
