The Artists' Circle, is a Fraternity based in the University Of The Philippines which maintains a long history of service and association with its College of Fine Arts.

Some of its alumni now constitute a large portion of the faculty. "The Circle" is regarded as an institution of notable accomplishment and reputation in the Philippine art acene. The fraternity has existed since 1972 and although primarily focused on the Visual Arts , also has members focused in Theater , Literature , Music , Architecture and the Sciences . They consider the conducting their meetings in round table as a distinctive feature.

The Artists' Circle holds exhibits and shows throughout the year but the most prominent is its annual exhibition, Kalipunan.

Loyalty, humility, and determination are considered the core values of the fraternity by its members. They based their fraternity emblem upon the letter "A" enclosed in shape of a circle surrounded with the laurel leaf, symbolic of the motto "Art is {Link without Title} Circle". Like some other Fraternal Organizations and lodges, they have secret proceedings.
