Arash Labaf (born 1977 in Tehran , Iran ) is an Swedish - Iran ian singer, dancer and entertainer and producer residing in Malmö , Sweden .
He was named after a Persian mythological hero (see Arash ).

He grew up in the Iranian capital of Tehran and at the age of 10, his family moved to Uppsala Sweden before moving to Malmo five years later. His debut album, Arash, was released in June 2005 , after he had finished College . His singles, '''Boro Boro''' (''Go Away'') and '''Temptation''' (feat Rebecca Zadig ) made it to the hit lists around Europe . He has also done a Russian song; '''Восточные Зказки''' (feat Blestyachie ) a Russian version of '''Temptation''', in which he sings in Russian.

He's been top of the charts in , Russia , Slovenia and Greece for his album, Arash , and in Sweden for '''Boro Boro'''.

Arash appeared in DJ Aligator 's (also of Persian origin) "Music is My Language" as the song's Persian-language vocalist.

Arash and DJ Aligator also made the official song of Iran Football team in 2006 World Cup.
