POLITICAL CAREER When the National Rainbow Coalition (NARC) won the 2002 general elections, President Kibaki appointed Mr. Kimunya as the Minister of Lands and Settlement. He had been elected Member of Parliament for Kipipiri Constituency.Mr. Kimunya's political might will be seen if he retains his Kipipiri seat.
