Amir Abad is a district in the city of Tehran . The main street of 'Amir Abad' is called Kargar Ave. after Iran's revolution of 1979 and is known to be one of the longest streets of Tehran which extends from Southern Tehran 's Railways Station 'Rah Ahan' to Northern Amir Abad . The Atomic Energy Organization Of Iran is headquartered north of this district, and Tehran University has large parts of its engineering, economics, physics, and physical education faculty, as well as the majority of its numerous student dormitories located here. |
