ADC claims that its Communications Department has made over 3,000 radio and television appearances to date and that the legal department handles over 2,000 complaints and cases per year.

According to ADC, there are 3 million Americans with Arab heritage.


HISTORY

The ADC was founded by Senator James Abourezk in 1980 and has chapters nationwide. In 1985, Alex Odeh , the West Coast regional director of the ADC, was killed by a pipe-bomb.
