The coalition was approved by the Federal Electoral Institute (IFE, ''Instituto Federal Electoral'') in December 2005 and on January 4 , 2006 the Executive Commission of the alliance was formalized with an estimated budget of 600 million Pesos (roughly 56 million U.S. Dollars ). The coalition has yet to designate final candidates for deputies, since it may cancel the candidacies the PRD designated on December 12 prior to formalizing the coalition. SEE ALSO EXTERNAL LINKS
