The 37,000-square-foot main air conditioned auditorium has ably hosted trade shows and conventions, circuses and rodeos, boxing and wrestling shows, not to mention Concerts . It is nearly football-field sized, with a 24-foot ceiling. At the front entrance, patrons pass through a spacious, 3,300 square foot lobby. Four ticket windows are also at the front entrance. As a concert venue the Auditorium can seat up to 4,150, thanks to floor seating for 1500 patrons. It is highly versatile - five separate sections can be extended to provide seating, or retracted in part or in full, to provide up to 16,000 square feet of additional floor space. There are 8 side doors and two 12-by-14-foot overhead doors at the auditorium. The auditorium also contains four spotlights hanging from the roof and complete kitchen, concession and bar facilities The Auditorium also features 11,600 square feet of meeting space--including a 6,600-square-foot room on the same floor as the auditorium. Within that room is a portable dance floor, a bar, and restroom facilities. The other meeting rooms are on the second floor. One of them, the 2,000-square-foot Wilson Room, features dumbwaiter service to the kitchen. Aleppo Shriners Auditorium is fully handicapped accessible and contains 1,500 parking lots plus two acres of vendor parking. The entire building, inside and out, is lit by fluorescent lighting.
