In 2000, Cosmo-Holding Albania S.A. acquired an 85% stake on AMC for $85.6 million. Cosmo-Holding is owned by the Greek mobile phone operator Cosmote . In 2004, AMC was the largest phone company in Albania with 639 thousand clients, 121 million euro in revenues, and 35.5 million euro in net profits. |
