Albania was represented at the ''' 2004 Summer Olympics ''' by the National Olympic Committee Of Albania and is abbreviated ALB. Thirteen athletes from Albania competed in five sports in Athens, Greece .

The 2004 Games were Albania's fifth appearance in the Olympics. Albania first competed in 1972 . The athletes at the 2004 Games attempted to win Albania's first Olympic medal, but failed to do so. Klodiana Shala was the flag bearer for the Opening Ceremony .
