DUTIES The Air Accident Investigation Bureau conducts investigations in accordance to the Singapore Air Navigation (Investigation of Accidents and Incidents Order 2003 and Annex 13 to the Convention On International Civil Aviation which governs the member states of the International Civil Aviation Organization that conducts these investigations.
