It is expected that she will perform "Ain't No Other Man" in the 2006 MTV Movie Awards ceremony, though there are no confirmed reports. Parts of this song were played at the '' TRL '' Awards, but they were unmastered, and raw cuts of the song. In addition, PromoSquad released a one minute preview of the song to get feedback. She has, reportedly, began shooting the video for the single, which points to an imminent release. DJ Premier, the producer of the songs states that "It's pretty much about how her husband has stolen her from looking at anybody else, 'cause he's the one who did it for her." Premier also goes on to say that "The song is real, real fast, which is definitely different for me, 'cause I don't do real fast tempo," "This thing is like 130 beats per minute, but it still sounds like hip-hop/ Christina." Big Boi from Outkast will also be contributing a rap verse on the remix of the single. The video for 'Ain't No Other Man' was shot on May 1-3 in Los Angeles. The video was directed by Bryan Barber, who has directed many Outkast videos in the past. |
