Agent Wendy Pleakley is a Fictional Character , an alien from the movie and television series '' Lilo & Stitch ''. He is green-skinned with three legs, two tongues, and one large eye in the middle of his face. He is considered an "expert" on the life-forms of the Planet Earth for the Galactic Federation, apparently by being only ''slightly'' more informed (only sometimes) and interested in the planet than other aliens. He is voiced by '' Kids In The Hall '' veteran Kevin McDonald . He is the second alien voiced by McDonald throughout his voice acting career; the other being Almighty Tallest Purple from Nickelodeon 's '' Invader Zim ''. In the movie he was called upon to assist Mad Scientist Dr. Jumba Jookiba in tracking down Experiment 626 , which had escaped to the planet Earth (Pleakley is an expert on the lifeways of the planet). He and Jumba were both fired and sentenced to a prison term by the Grand Councilwoman of planet Turo, for failing to capture and kill Experiment 626. In the subsequent television series, Pleakley and Jumba have remained behind on Earth and has become a member of Lilo's extended family, or " Ohana ". CROSS-DRESSING Attentive viewers may notice Pleakley consistently Dresses In Women's Clothing even while relaxing at home, and dressing in full Drag while out among the humans. He is frequently referred to as Lilo's "aunt" by her friends. In particular, during the Stitch movie, it is implied Pleakley has actually bought a Girdle despite his unconvincing denial, since it is technically underwear and thus useless for his normal disguise. He wrote his thesis on Earth sports, which was full of errors and he obviously got a bad grade on, and was the best student in his sewing class (which he says he took only as an elective; "It was that or woodshop.") Also, his actual first name is Wendy, which on his planet means "brave warrior". The cross-dressing itself is most likely a coincidental reference to Kevin's performances on '' Kids In The Hall '', when he himself played the roles of many women in a Elizabethan Era -like way. In the television series, he had a brief mock engagement with Nani to placate his pushy visiting mother. In this same episode he also had a mock engagement to Jumba. Pleakely's mother is concerned that he hasn't found "the right girl" and that he is not married. Pleakley feels he must pretend to be married for his mother to approve and accept him. When his family arrives on Earth for the mock wedding of Nani and Pleakley, he reveals that he is happy being who he is, which includes being unmarried. After that his family accepts him and loves him for who he is. SEE ALSO |
