Adolf Deucher ( February 15 , 1831 - July 10 , 1912 ) was a Swiss politician. He was elected to the Swiss Federal Council on April 10 , 1883 and died in office on July 10 , 1912 . He was affiliated to the Free Democratic Party . During his office time he held the following departments:
