MSP for Aberdeen South: Nicol Stephen

Scottish Liberal Democrat Member of the Scottish Parliament since 1999 and returned in 2003.
Since June 2005, Nicol Stephen is also the Deputy First Minister and the Minister for Enterprise and Lifelong Learning in the Scottish Executive , the devolved Scottish government.
