The Yamaha Corporation (ヤマハ株式会社; ) is a Japan ese company with a large number of product areas. Sales offerings include Music al Instruments , Integrated Circuit s, and home electronics. Yamaha developed their own set of improvements to the General MIDI standard and called it XG . Many of their current range of products, from their high-end synths to "toy" keyboards, support the XG standard.
