Wendy Lill (born November 2 , 1950 in Vancouver, British Columbia ) is a Canadian Playwright and politician. Lill was a New Democratic Member Of Parliament for Dartmouth from 1997 to 2004 , serving as the party's critic for media, communications, Human Rights , persons with disabilities and Canadian Heritage .
