CAMPUS REP BENEFITS Although participating as a Campus Rep is a volunteer position, there are some benefits to participating:
THE APPLICATION PROCESS For students currently on campus: To apply for the Campus Rep role from campus, a student may fax, or mail the application, résumé, and cover letter to Walt Disney World College Recruiting. It is important to remember that Disney tends to hire Campus Reps one semester ahead of the actual work period for a Campus Rep. It is suggested to submit an application by November 1st, if applying to work as a Campus Rep for the Spring recruiting season or by April 1st, if applying to work as a Campus Rep for the Fall recruiting season. Once Walt Disney World College Recruiting receives the application, applicants will receive notification via e-mail. If there is a Campus Rep role available at the school in which they are enrolled, the application will be forwarded to a College Recruiter for further review. At that time, applicants may be contacted by a College Recruiter for a phone interview. Typically students are notified of a decision at least 3 weeks prior to the start of the next recruiting season. If it is determined that there is not a role available at their school at the time the application is submitted, and the student meets the requirements for the role, the application will be placed in a pool for future consideration. Campus Reps are selected on an on-going basis and are evaluated by a College Recruiter throughout the recruiting season. Current Campus Reps may continue for the next recruiting semester at the discretion of their College Recruiter . For interns currently on the Walt Disney World College Program : To apply for the Campus Rep role while currently on the College Program, a student should check the weekly College Program newsletter e-mails for when and where to submit an application, résumé, and cover letter or interns may visit their College Program Liaison for this information.
