Beatrice of Portugal (, 1504 - January 8 , 1538 ) was a Princess of Portugal during the 16th Century and a member of the Aviz dynasty. Early life She was the child of Manuel I Of Portugal ( 1469 - 1521 ) and his second wife, Mary Of Aragon ( 1482 - 1517 ). Marriage and children Beatrice married Charles III, Duke Of Savoy in 1486 , 1553 . They had nine children, but only Emmanuel Philibert, Duke Of Savoy ( 1528 - 1580 ) reached adulthood.
