He also was a Member of Parliament for Newark from 1689 to 1695. Died 31st August 1700 As William died without male issue the title became extinct. MARRIAGES AND CHILDREN He was married twice: on 24th November 1687 to Elizabeth Grimston the daughter of Sir Samuel Grimston and on 24 November 1687 to Elizabeth Finch the daughter of Daniel Finch ( 2nd Earl Of Nottingham And 7th Earl Of Winchilsea) and Essex Rich. He had two daughters:by his first wife - Lady Anne Savile born 1691 died 18th July 1717,by his second wife - Lady Dorothy Savile Born 1699 died 1758. |
